When and What We Clean

We can clean all the time… for example, when we’re folding clothes, eating lunch, walking down steps, waiting for a class to begin, going to sleep or calming our temper or our fears.

When we clean, we are handling the problem. What are we cleaning? We are cleaning our stuff-the  thoughts and feelings attached to memories. And do we have a lot of stuff!!

WHEN THESE THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS ARE TRANSMUTED (TRANSFORMED) THEY BECOME PURE LOVE… PEACE… ZERO.

What follows is a list of what to clean (let go, erase, etc.) from I Love You, Clowns Are Scary with additional contributions by members of the Pono Club. Go to the Pono Club to get in on the blog and share your ideas. What are you letting go of? What reminds you to clean? What cleaning tools are easy for you to use?

Letting go of these problems…

assumptions… worries… drama… blame… fear… anger… needing to know what can’t be known… shame… data… regret… illusions… stuck energy… resentments… disappointments… stuck sadness… anticipation… frustrations… making comparisons… excitement… expectations… criticizing… memories of the past, fantasies of the future… negative judgments about ourselves and others…
