Hi, my name is Kitty Wells, author of I Love You, Clowns Are Scary ~ Ho’oponopono for Kids and Other People. I have been a Marriage and Family Therapist (Cal Lic. Mft28169) for about thirty years and I love the work more every day. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and non-violent communication. kittywellslmft.com
With the lens of ho’oponopono, when dealing with distressing or disturbing events in your life, now or in the past, your responsibility is to let go, gently and with self-compassion, thoughts and feelings stuck to that trauma. My job as a therapist is to walk alongside you, shining a light and carrying tools that can help you get the job done. My job as a human is to let go of whatever it is in me that may be contributing to the problem.
The work is not all about trauma. A focus for you may be on a particular relationship. Using the gifts of ho’oponopono, you can improve your relationship with a parent, a partner, child, sibling, friend, work associate, the grocery clerk, your inner kids, your Divinity, or your big toe.
Besides being a confidential, compassionate, and nonjudgmental ear, whether in the office or on the phone, I can help you customize your ho’oponopono practice, guide you through the slo mo pono process or use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to help you let go of negative energy.
I invite you to schedule a half hour complimentary phone call to discuss your situation, how I might help you, and my rates; I accept credit cards and checks sent before our scheduled session.
I look forward to hearing from you.
